I created an enhanced rendition of the Custom Text Highlight override by @JorisRood — think of it as the original, but on steroids, offering more options and improvements.

Added Improvements:

• matches exact strings.

• ability to have 3 different strings to match.

• change highlight text colour.

• change line height.
